Stefan Nemanja was the Grand Prince (Veliki Župan) of the Serbian Grand Principality (also known as Raška, lat. Rascia) from 1166 to 1196. He is the founder of the Nemanjić dynasty.

The Village of Kamenici u Zeti was given 1200-1202 by grand župan Stefan Nemanja. This donation was confirmed by King Milutin and Tsar Dušan (Prilozi V 70, ZSp. 390 IX, 394 IX, 431 VII).
