The Village of Šemgon was given by despot Stefan Lazarević to the Mileševo Monastery (ZSp. 607 I - ... Priložihь monastiru gospodina mi svetagu Savy iže vь Milěševe petь selь u Moravicahь, imže imena sïa: dva Guglja, tretïe Hrasio Polje, četvrьto Šemgonь, peto Rupeljevo.). The only remnant of the Village of Šemgon is a toponym called Šengolj which lies between the Villages of Rasna, Visibaba and Uzići.
