Description
The Church of the Holy Spirit is situated on the Island of Brač, in Škrip.
It was first built in the 7th century and it was a three nave basilica with a wooden ceiling and roof.
In 840 Škrip was looted and ruined, therefore the Church as well. In the 11th century a new edifice was built. It is a three nave building divined into three bays, with a semicircular apse on its Eastern end. Bell tower was added in the 14th century.
