According to the foundation charter of the Bishopric of Zletovo by the Serbian Emperor Stefan Uroš IV Dušan (reigned 1331-1355) from 1346/47 a local road is mentioned, which was coming from Carevo Selo (do puta koi prěhodi otь Careva Sela).
