The Village of Izbišta was given by King Stefan Dečanksi to the Hilandar Monastery. The Donation was confirmed by Tsar Dušan (ZSp. 396 IV - I ješte priloži kraljevьstvo mi dvě selě: Izbišta i Komanovo Selište Bogorodici hylandar'skoi sь vsěmi pravinami.
