Description

The Church of Saint Constantine and Helena in Ohrid owned two pieces of land near a place called Susitza. This possession was in the vicinity of a road and of the property, which belonged to Theodoros Kubuklesios (ἕτερον χωράφιον εἰς τὴν Σούσιτζα, πλησίον ἐξ ἀνατολῶν καὶ ἐκ δυσμῶν τῆς ὁδοῦ, ἕτερον χωράφιον εἰς τὴν Σούσητζαν, πλησίον ἐξ ἀνατολῶν τῆς ὁδοῦ καὶ ἐκ δυσμῶν ἕως τοῦ Θεοδώρου τοῦ Κουβουκλησίου). The place name Susitza (Sušica) appears in the Defter for the Sanjak Ohrid under the year 1583.
