Mentioned in the chrysobull charter from 1300 issued by the Serbian King Stefan Uroš II Milutin for the Monastery of Saint George-Gorg near Skopje.The so-called valley of Krьstil is attested in the boundary description of the village Vodno. The village Vodno was donated to the Monastery of Saint George-Gorg near Skopje by the Serbian King Stefan Uroš II Milutin (na Krьstilinь dolь).
