He died in the second quarter of the 14th century. He was a scribe (dijak) in the Monastery of the Archangel Michael and Holy Father Gabriel in Lesnovo. He is attested as a person to be prayed for and remembered for in the Menaion for the Month August, which is now in the Old and Rare Book Collection (Ćorović 17) of the University Library in Belgrade (117r: Novaku dijaku věcna pamet).
