He sold together with his wife Theodora an arable land at Slataritzos near Melnik to the Monastery of the Holy Mother of God Pantanassa in Melnik for 20 hyperpyra (ὠήθημεν τὴν ὅπερ ἐκεκτήμεθα κατὰ τὸν Σλατάριτζον ἐκ τῆς οἰκονομίας ἡμῶν ἀρώσιμον γὴν ἐπ’ ἐκκλησίας ἐκδήλως ἀπεμπολῇσαι, πρὸς τὴν τοῦ τόπου συνταχθῆσαν ἀνέκαθεν συνήθειαν.
