The Serbian King Stefan Uroš III Dečanski commissioned Dragoslavь together with Arsenij, the Bishop of Prizren, to inspect the disputed fields near the Church of Holy Mother of God at Trhalě not far from Trěboš in Polog, which were previously in possession of the Bishopric of Prizren. Stefan Uroš III Dečanski reinstated the situation „as it was before“ after the report of Despot Dragoslav and Bishop Arsenij (I u Trěboši pri crьkvi svetyje bogorodice pri Trьhalě nivije crьkovno što bylo ōt věka.
