Tsar Stefan Uroš IV Dušan donated around 90 Vlachs living in the village of Blatce to the Monastery of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel near Prizren.

In or soon after 1347/48 the Serbian Emperor Stefan Uroš IV Dušan (reigned 1331-1355) issued the so-called "Svetoarhandjelovska hrisovulja" in favour of the Monastery of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel near Prizren. This charter mentions several Vlach and Albanian katuns.
