The village of Paleži in Brskovska Župa was donated by the Serbian King Stefan Uroš III Dečanski (reigned 1321-1331) to the Monastery of Dečani (DH 58 - Takožde i Prokopija Bogdanovića s bratjom i s selom s Paleži i s vsěmi međami u brskovskoj župě).
