The Serbian Emperor Stefan Uroš IV Dušan donated the former property of Laskaris in April 1348 to the Batopedi Monastery. It consisted of the 500 modioi large estate called Aleurun near Chrysopolis and a 150 modioi large possession also near Chrysopolis (ὡσαύτως καὶ τὴν εἰς τὴν Χρυσούπολιν γῆν τὴν ἀπὸ τοῦ Λάσκαρι τοῦ επὶ τῆς τραπέζης τὴν ὀνομαζομένην Ἀλευροῦν, μοδίων οὖσαν πεντακοσίων, καὶ ἑτέραν πλησίον τοῦ κάστρου μοδίων ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα).
