Description
Mentioned in the prayer inscription on the southern pilaster in front of the apse of the Church of Saint Nicholas in Melnik from 1274/1275. He appears as a sebastos in the inscription. His brother was the sebastos Frangos. He commisioned probably the fresco decoration of the Church of Saint Nicholas in Melnik (δέησις τοῦ δούλου τοῦ θεοῦ σεβαστοῦ τοῦ Βλαδιμήρου αὐταδέλφου σεβαστοῦ τοῦ Φράγγου).
